Description
Occaisionally, a Mraloti will be born who has unusual strength and a natural shape-shifting ability. These Tusk Brothers and Sisters are regarded as blessed by the Pure Mraloti, and are expected to become expert warriors. The Fallen Mraloti regard them as cursed and chaotic, restrict them to performing menial labour and refuse to allow them to marry in the hope that they will in this way eventually expunge the curse from their race. This evidently is not working so far - Tusk Brothers and Sisters are just as common among Fallen Mraloti as among their Pure brethren.
Tusk Brothers and Sisters look much the same as normal Mraloti, but are noticeably taller and more muscular, even hairier, and generally rather uglier.
Abilities
A Tusk Brother or Sister can change from human to boar form and back again at will, taking one melee round to do, but expending no magical energy or fatigue in the process. Their mass remains unaltered, so that they appear relatively small and compact compared with actual boars. Although they do become stronger and less intelligent in boar form, they do not become quite as strong as real boars and do retain some of their natural human intelligence.
While in boar form, the Tusk Brother gains all the powers associated with the Tusks and Boarheart spells, and the stomp attack associated with the Trotters spell (see Cult of Mralot). They can also move much faster than a normal human (or boar, for that matter), allowing them to charge into an enemy at terrifying speed. Although they lack the magical immunity of werewolves, they are not forced to transform one night a week, either.
Character Generation
Fallen Mraloti Tusk Brothers and Sisters learn the same skills as a farmer. Pure Mraloti Tusk Brothers learn the skills of a hunter, while their Tusk Sisters are expected to fight, but not normally to hunt, and so have the slightly different skill requirements listed below.
