SHAMANS OF SARÆN- RUNEQUEST RULES

Note: The rules below are for RuneQuest 3rd edition, not for the new RuneQuest: Slayer game.

Shaman Status

There are no assistant shamans among the Pagaelin. Prior to awakening their fetch, a Pagaelin training to become a shaman is still considered a warrior, although they use the shaman skills table below rather than that for 'real' hunter/warriors.

Skills: Throw x2, First Aid x2, Animal Lore x3, Human Lore x1, Plant Lore x3, World Lore x2, Listen x1, Scan x1, Track x2, Ceremony x2, Summon x3, Enchant x2, Fist Attack x2, Dagger Attack x2, 1H Spear Attack x3, 1H Spear Parry or Dodge x2

Requirements are as per shamans.

Common Divine Magic: Dismiss Magic, Divination, Find Enemy, Heal Wound, Sanctify, Soul Sight, Spirit Block, Worship Saraen
Special Divine Magic: Berserk, Silence Sphere, Shield, True Spear

Runes: Death, Mastery
